Alex describes how child rape and murder seems to be like a glue that holds the British government together, and maybe all warmongers of the West, all compromised together, in a harrowing web of power, control, and dark desires manifested into reality, with no fear of God.
Alex also separate pedophiles with shame, unwillingly fantasizing about children, not wanting to hurt them, from psychopathic child rapists and murderers, with no empathic ability.
